Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

LeaseReader.ai costs $9 for a single AI-powered lease analysis. Before you pay, we show you a preview of your analysis — including the risk score, flagged clause count, money at stake, and rent-stabilization verdict — so you know exactly what you are unlocking. Because the preview shows the substance of the analysis before payment, all sales are final once you complete checkout.

2. Exceptions

You may be entitled to a refund through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, in the following limited cases:

• You were charged but the full results page failed to load and the failure was not resolved.
• You were charged more than once for the same analysis due to a billing error.
• A refund is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt, which is delivered to the operator. Lemon Squeezy will process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

3. What Refunds Do Not Cover

Refunds are not available if you simply disagree with the AI's findings, uploaded the wrong document, changed your mind after payment, or received a favorable result that did not match your expectations. The preview before payment exists specifically to prevent these situations.

4. No Subscription

LeaseReader.ai is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing. You will never be charged again for the same analysis.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please use the Lemon Squeezy receipt reply path described above. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may be disputed. Nothing in this policy waives any chargeback rights you have under your card network's rules.
